I am a Kepler College educated consulting astrologer and a certified
Reiki Master.  I provide natal horoscope consulting, year ahead readings, electional astrology for picking a business start date or a wedding date, relationship synastry to look at compatibility and the dynamics of a relationship.  I also do select rectification of birth times.   

My consultations are life coaching through astrology rather than deterministic predictive work. We are presented with many choices throughout life, and I feel we are empowered as Individuals when we realize the planetary influences of
certain times of our lives. When we are in difficult times, it can be overwhelming
and feel like it may never end. 

Astrology can help us find the support within our own selves to get
through those times as well as letting us know when our personal storms will
pass.

A Reiki Master since 2017, I offer Reiki healing sessions for
clients as well as use Reiki for astrology remediation and clearing spaces. Reiki
energy sessions help with relaxation and spiritual and emotional healing.

I first started studying astrology while pregnant with my first
child over 20 years ago.  I wanted a clue into the soul that had entered
me and trusted me with their early human development.  A long-time tarot
enthusiast, astrology stirred me deeply, it illuminated potential and where the
great lessons of this lifetime may be taught. 

After over 20 years of self-study, I have spent the past 3 years in formal study at Kepler College earning an advanced certificate in Natal astrology, a certificate in timing techniques and will earn my professional diploma in astrology in December 2022. 

I studied journalism at Washington State university earning a BA in
Communications.  Thus, my writing tends to be more of a reporting style
than prose.  My gift is that of taking complicated, convoluted concepts
and expressing them in an accessible way, meeting each client where they are as
spiritual beings having a human experience.

My Perspective

 

I am a child of the 60s whose life started during a time of social unrest and of prophets like Martin Luther King.  Many of those astrological energies that I was born under are back today as the universe continues to evolve and send humanity down a path of choice leading to our future as a beautifully diverse collective.  As I am now moving towards the crone stage of life and enough years lived on this planet to be considered an elder, I am honoring the wisdom and experience that comes with age and providing offerings for my community.
 

Many people know me from my work as a music publicist working with progressive rock and jazz artists.  I retired from that business to work with students with disabilities.  I’ve served as a speech to text interpreter for deaf students and an advisor and advocate for students with disabilities at a public university.  I’m a mother of two college aged children and a fierce advocate of transgender and disability rights.  I’m also a vegan for many personal reasons most notably that I feel it is the biggest impact I can personally make towards fighting climate change. 

Those are my roles and identities in the community that influence my personal truth.  I have the communication planet of Mercury retrograde in my natal chart and I’ve always tended to look at things differently than those around me.  I hope to express those different views in a way that will be inspirational to some and thought provoking to others.  The pages of this website will be my views and the personal truths that I have encountered.  I believe we all have our own personal truths that we must search out and honor for ourselves.  The only way you will ever know what is true is to look deeply within yourself and find it within you.
